Kate was fantastic, so knowledgeable and really put us at ease through the whole process. We feel so much better now that everything we needed to sort is now in place. Kate supported me to make my Will. She explained everything really clearly and was patient and kind as I took time to think about options. I would definitely recommend Kate to friends and family. I’ve also had a really positive experience whenever I’ve called Pepperell’s. Everyone is very friendly and helpful.

Excellent professional service
Excellent professional service. The reception staff were welcoming and extremely helpful. Kate Jones was very professional, displayed expertise, was clear in explaining all aspects of the advice given. She was exceptionally obliging to enable our wills to be signed.

Setting up a will
Thank you Pepperells for making such a difficult decision made easy. I often worried about making the necessary decisions in my death but from the moment I stepped in the office I felt at ease. I was made welcome, put at ease straight away and reassured at every step. This is a firm I will use in all the important life decisions I may have to make in the future. Thank you xx

Great Service
My wife and I were looked after extremely well. All our interactions with the York staff were very friendly and welcoming. We would happily use Pepperell’s again.

WILL HAVE TO SAY EXCELLENT!
We needed our mirror wills updated and Kate handled our requests in a professional and efficient manor. Kate took the time to explain the legal aspects of the wills and their implications. Communication was maintained throughout the process and we are now just waiting for the final documents to arrive in the post. Overall it was a very positive experience and it did not go unnoticed that we were kindly offered tea/coffee on both of our visits at reception.
