I am writing this primarily about Charlotte Rackstraw as she is who we have been dealing with. I kept note of the unprofessional way in which she spoke with me. We spent 7 months trying to move forward with my house sale but I was getting no reassurance from Charlotte and was just being disregarded the whole time. She said “I have got other stuff on my workload to be worrying about”. I felt this was unacceptable as I was very stressed and worried about the move and spent a huge amount of money trying to sort this. She also told me “there is no need to keep calling there’s only so much I can do”. She also kept saying that she could not offer any advice on anything which I feel is wrong. I understand that all the issues we had were out of her control but I feel that the service she offered was very unprofessional and unhelpful.

Excellent service
Laura and her team stepped in to save my purchase from falling through , my previous solicitors had really let me down. It was so heartening to have Laura pick up the pieces and make such rapid progress in securing the property for me in such a professional manner.
