Sale of my home

Charlotte acted on my behalf with the sale of my house. She was fantastic throughout the entire sale which progressed quickly and smoothly. She kept me updated at every step and was always willing to explain things to me in simple terms if there was something I did not understand. I am extremely impressed with Charlotte and the way she has dealt with this and would not hesitate to instruct her, or Feakes & Co again in the future.

Sale of my house

I instructed Charlotte to deal with the sale of my house. She was amazing from start to finish. She ensured to the best of her ability that the entire transaction went smoothly. She regularly kept me updated with the present position of the case and would always return my calls and/or emails promptly. I would definatly recommend using Charlotte again in the future or Feakes & Co for other legal matters.

Brilliant service from Charlotte at Feakes. Prompt and well priced. I'd just wish we had used them for our house sale as well. I cannot recommend highly enough.

I recently decided to take the step of getting an LPA in place, as I don’t have a large family, and should anything happen to me, it would fall to my son to make decisions on my behalf. I want that to be as clear and easy for him as possible.
Michael Feakes came highly recommended, so we arranged a meeting to get the process under way. Michael explained the whole process, and what the two documents (health and financial) cover.
The whole process was very straightforward and Michael explained it all clearly, so I felt I really understood the whole thing.
Now I know, whatever happens in the future, my son will have all the correct powers and documentation, and at least won’t have to worry about extra and complicated legal processes.
I really would recommend working with Michael, and not delaying getting your LPA.
