Rebecca - Family Law
Rebecca was highly recommended to me by a mutual friend. I was in a very difficult and traumatic situation and as soon as I spoke to Rebecca in our initial meeting, I felt supported and in very safe hands. Rebecca was personable and easy to talk to, through the whole process - especially when I felt confused about the process and all the emotions that go with a divorce, especially to do with my children.
I do feel that Rebecca went above and beyond in her support towards me on a professional and personal level. Her wealth of experience is very apparent in all aspects of the process. The result ended in a good settlement for myself and my children and I owe this to Rebecca.
Ayush was also fundamental in the process and his wisdom, kindness and professionalism helped me through the process also. They make a good team.

Truly amazing human
Rebecca is incredibly professional. She always got back to me immediately and made me feel calm, safe and listened to. She guided me through the process with incredible patience and kindness, whilst always having my best interests at heart. She knew that the children's wellbeing was of primary importance to me and she kept them at the centre of all decisions. She was incredibly fair and realistic. I underestimated how tough and emotional divorce would be and when I was diagnosed with a serious illness in the middle of the process, she dealt with the situation with great sensitivity. That said, she is no push over and will fight your corner. She is one of life's great humans and I feel blessed to have found her. She is the best person to support you through such a difficult and challenging time.

Could not have wished for a better outcome
Divorce can be both expensive and painful, instructing the right Solicitor is imperative, Rebecca Gardiner was recommended to me by a Barrister friend and whilst I had not previously used her practice it was clear from our first meeting this was not a Solicitor looking to make a one off killing.
Rebecca was extremely practical and guided me through the various options and at the same time spoke to my wife in a conciliatory manner explaining the proceedings but also advising that at some stage she needed to obtain independent advice.
I was very pleased with the overall outcome and have no hesitation in recommending Rebecca

Couldn’t have asked for a better solicitor
I have so many good things to say that I don’t know where to begin? From the very start Rebecca’s approach had a personal touch to her professionalism. When you’re taking a tough decision, like a divorce, you need somebody empathic to understand what you went through which eventually led to that decision and Rebecca definitely is very empathic. I would also like to mention Ayush, who was assisting Rebecca with my case, and was equally nice and professional. I cannot thank Rebecca and Ayush enough for all they’ve done for me, they gave the best advice, they were very comforting during my moments of anxiety and never failed to respond even on their days off. Simply Brilliant! A good team to have on your side.
Was stuck in a merry -go -round of a divorce proceeding for many years until a good friend recommended Josiah- lake Gardiner. My first call with Rebecca a few days before Christmas in 2022 provided the relief and opportunity for me to breathe for the first time in many years. Very pleased with how my case was treated.
