excellent service provided by Michelle Jackson. I will be using her services in the future.
she made a very difficult chain transaction go smooth.
not once did i need to chase her she replied back to all my questions etc and had my best interest throughout the transaction.

Efficient, organised and responsive.

Friendly and straight-talking
Michelle was approachable, efficient, level-headed and sympathetic on what was for me a nerve-racking, long, drawn-out sale (from April–August 2024), involving the estate agents' take-over and consequent slow progress/interrupted service and a temporarily disappearing buyer who changed their business details just a few weeks before completion. Thanks to Michelle, and with help from her assistant Jessica, I managed to stay sane!

Brilliant from start to finish
Michelle and Jessica were amazing in handling my property sale. They took all the stress out of it, kept me informed throughout and it was a total pleasure dealing with them. If I ever need to sell or buy property again I would use them. I would recommend them.
