Overall I have been satisfied with service provided.
I would say that the on line form filling, whilst mainly straight forward would, for me, have been much simpler if I had been told what documents to bring to the office. These could have been photographed while completing any formal documents. It would have provided the opportunity to meet with Movus at a early stage.

My experience with Movus Law was amazing, it was a pleasure to deal with Laura, very responsive and proactive, she made sure I had an update even when there are no updates from the other parts, as a first time buyer she was not hesitant to pick the phone and answer a question or explain a process further.
