Advice and assistance in relation to Insolvency matters

Advice and assistance with a Deed of assignment in a bankruptcy case
As a trustee in bankruptcy I needed assistance with negotiations and a deed of assignment which needed to be completed to a deadline. Mark Rostron and Kate Heaney could not have been more helpful. After many drafts of the Deed they managed the task to a successful conclusion. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others if asked.
