I am so grateful to have had Nick Berry at Yes Personal Injury lawyers handling my case. This was my first time making a claim and I was very nervous in doing so, but Nick was friendly, professional and took the time to really listen to me and address any concerns I had. It was an emotional rollercoaster for me but Nick was patient, kind, understanding and of course very knowledgeable. His advice was sound and he always had my best interests at heart. My case has finally settled and I have received a great outcome which I'm so happy about. I would highly recommend him and should I ever need a personal injury lawyer again (hopefully not!) I won't hesitate to give him a call.

Recent claim

A first class experience at a difficult time.
My dear late departed father was seriously injured in a NHS hospital waiting for treatment for what should have been a trivial matter. Mr. Nick Berry of Eaton Smith Solicitors provided a route map through the minefield of claiming compensation. At all times, I felt "in the loop" as the claim progressed.
The outcome was a compensation payment.
However, far more important was the sense of closure provided by this positive outcome.

Negligence
Nick Berry was very helpful professional, polite and kept me updated through out my claim in a timely manner.
Even though the case had to be closed he again explained the pros and cons and we decided it was best to close the case.
