Tess Kelly is the most incompetent Solicitor that I have ever come across. Initially handled my divorce and after 7 months, I had no option but to request my file so that I could get representation elsewhere. The ignorance she exhibited in nnot answering emails from me for over 6 weeks, meant that a hearing was adjourned until 6 months later. Having sacked her in December 2020, my divorce finally was sorted at a final hearing in January 2023. My wifes ridiculous claims were rejected. The Judge commented on the issues which were initially caused by Tess Kelly and the outcome was in my favour. The additional legal and other professional costs have made my life a misery and the best part is that my wife settled at the same level that she had offered in October 2020 and which Tess Kelly had not even bothered to respond to despite all my efforts.
