I was very lucky to have Sophie during the sale of my house in London. I lived alone and knew it was going to be a struggle as there was a Housing association involved. This was going to mean twice the amount of emails,calls and paperwork. Sophie immediately took charge and counselled me through the process which inspired a lot of belief that this could be done and my confidence grew.
At the end of the sale, I began to look for a new home. Sophie was in touch the whole time with advice and understanding with any of places I was interested in. Unfortunately, due to issues with the properties, it has taken a good while but eventually I found the right one. Sophie immediately got back to me and started working on the details.
Sophie is an amazing Lady, very kind, calming, polite, hardworking and honest. I highly recommend her and the staff in the office who help with calls, they are all lovely and polite.

Overall I had a very good experience with the work that Sophie completed on my behalf. She is quite meticulous and thorough. This was a stressful and challenging conveyance which included the sale of my shared ownership property which included staircasing at the point of sale. I was also purchasing a property that was ready to move into a lot sooner than my sale. She was able to reassure and communicate with both sets of estate agents which helped emencely. Her email replies were comprehensive, timely and reassuring. I would recommend her because of her thorough approach with the added knowledge about shared ownership sales being staircased at the point of sale.
