Friendly, professional team.
I am so pleased I was recommended Richard Reed as the solicitors to act on our behalf during our first house purchase.
All of the team I spoke to were friendly, helpful and efficient.
They were always happy to explain things in more detail when required (as I first time buyer I needed to ask extra questions a lot!).
When things were getting difficult with others in the chain, Steven was professional and assertive to make sure things did not fall apart.

Did the job
Rather hard to get hold of on the phone, which meant extra work finding answers to queries via other means. On the whole though, the job was done without any major challenges or delays on their part.
