Lasting Power of Attorney - Wealth & Finance Health
It was a very straight forward process & Charlotte explained everything clearly to us in a very friendly way & answered any queries we had. It was a pleasure to have her deal with this matter and I would certainly come to your firm of solicitors on that basis. Thank you so much.

Our Wills - not an easy process
We wanted a local solicitor to help with our Wills and we asked a retired solicitor if he would recommend his previous firm. We contacted the firm and had a meeting with Charlotte Woods. The matter wasn't straightforward and initially we wanted to set up trusts to facilitate our wishes. However, we decided that a simpler method was better and therefore a different draft Will was written and is now in force. Our change of approach took more time but was necessary and needed legal advice.
