She completed her training contract with a Hampshire based firm and qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales on 17 February 2014. Nicole then worked briefly in family law before choosing to specialise in residential property. She specialises in the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, Transfers of Equity and re-mortgages.

Made the legal side easy

I found it very easy working alongside Nicole and Kelly when selling my deceased Dad's house. Both came back promptly, answered all my questions, chased many times the other solicitor, sorted the issue with the land registry quickly and without hassle. Will certainly use again.

What a professional team

The team at Morr and Co Fleet were absolutely excellent, their combined knowledge with their friendly approach made it seem a lot easier for my brother and myself to sell our departed mums house.
Emma also drafted my will very quickly and advised me well.
Both my brother and I would use Morr and Co again should the a reason arise.

As a complete house-buying novice, Nicole was there for me to explain the wonderful nuances that cropped up during the process. She and the team were responsive and efficient, picking up on potential issues and flagging them with options on how to proceed.

Sale of my late father's property

With the administration of my late father's estate also being dealt with by Morr & Co, it was a logical step to use the same company for the sale of his property. It simplified several parts of a potentially complicated process. Nicole and her assistant, Kelly, kept us informed and brought the sale to a conclusion. We couldn't have asked for a better conveyancing solicitor - Nicole was responsive and helpful at all times. I was always able to get hold of her and she was constantly chasing other parts of the chain on our behalf. Couldn't recommend Hart Brown highly enough!

We have been in the process of selling our late Father and Mother in Laws house over the past few months and from the outset it was evident that this was a complex case that needed the utmost attention to detail. I have used Hart Brown in a recent house purchase. I have found David Knapp and Nicole Lush to be unfailingly polite and courteous in all dealings and correspondences.

The purchase was well advanced before the start of the pandemic. Through their help and dedication the purchase was completed. Without this help the purchase could very easily have fallen through. They have provided this service during very difficult times and in very difficult circumstances. MB
