- intermediate and final staircasing
- consents to assign
- individual sales and purchases
Sarah has established a niche area acting for buyers and sellers of shared ownership properties and is recognised by several of the large Housing Associations in the South West for her skills. Sarah has a deep understanding of the legal and procedural requirements of shared ownership transactions and ensures the transactions go through smoothly and efficiently.
Sarah is able to apply a breadth of experience and strong working relationships with many registered providers, where Tozers are “approved solicitors” for many panels for shared ownership, including that of Help to Buy South West to her client relationships. This enables her to understand what is required from the Housing Provider, building developer and her clients. As a result of her reputation Sarah is regularly recommended by Housing Association clients to their buyers of shared ownership leases to ensure the sales go through smoothly.
Sarah receives a significant amount of repeat custom, as previous clients return to either purchase further shares or sell. She receives this repeat custom due to her approach – recognising that a property transaction is a key milestone in your life and placing a genuine importance on responding to queries quickly and clearly.

Highly recommended
Tozers were one of a number of solicitors recommended to me but they were the only people to reply to my initial query email on a Saturday! Once they had confirmed my instruction, they got to work straight away, keeping me up to date with any queries they had but also answering my queries very quickly. We went from having no clue about exchange/completion dates to it all being sorted within an hour. Exchange and completion both went very smoothly. Would recommend

Strongly recommend to use Tozers

Smooth
Being a first time buyer there were many unknowns, Sarah helped make everything run smoothly and swiftly dealt with any uncertainty I had. This was the least stressful part of moving house by far
