Sarah has a deep understanding of the legal and procedural requirements of shared ownership transactions and ensures the transactions go through smoothly and efficiently. This enables her to understand what is required from the Housing Provider, building developer and her clients. As a result of her reputation Sarah is regularly recommended by Housing Association clients to their buyers of shared ownership leases to ensure the sales go through smoothly.
