Shaun operates in our Civil Litigation department and deals with employers and public liability matters, assisting clients whose employers or a public authority might have fallen short of their duties of care. Many of Shaun’s cases involve complex scenarios and critical legal points, the analysis of which can make all the difference to the ultimate outcome. Shaun is skilled at providing clear, unambiguous advice so that his clients know all the risks before deciding whether to pursue litigation or seek a favourable negotiated settlement.
