Unfortunately I had a very bad experience. My purchase was delayed, even though there was 4.5 months to complete and a clear timeline communicated for when my lease ended, and I did not feel supported at all. Many emails were ignored and incorrect information was relayed to me more than once. There was no drive from my representation to chase completion.
The delay resulted in having to source alternative accommodation and storage last minute which was a huge unexpected expense and stress. Once my purchase finally came through I was not excited, merely drained.

I was very nervous as this was my first purchase of a property and had hundreds of things I did not know, and made me worried. Spencer McGuire was super professional, thorough and helped me in each step of the way, always helping in minimising costs as well.

He always answered all my questions and asked the most minute details from the sellers solicitors that were important to me.

He also managed to get us to complete 2 days before the Easter holiday allowing me to move comfortably.

I really cannot praise him and the company enough, five stars do not seem enough.

Having lost 2 prospective buyers it was becoming frustrating but then we agreed an offer from our next buyer, it was 3rd time lucky! Spencer was very helpful and efficient keeping us informed and updating us with the progress. It was at times very stressful and protracted but through no fault of our solicitor, Spencer. It definitely was an enormous relief to finally exchange contracts.
