Purchase of a large old property in Surrey
Charles, Natasha and team did a great job supporting us on the purchase of an old house. They quickly identified likely issues and Charles talked me through these on the phone at my convenience so I could take a view quickly. They really understood what were likely to be issues with an old house and what were the actual ones I needed to worry about and resolved everything in short order. As a fellow solicitor I really valued the deep knowledge and common sense approach.

The desired outcome
Overall the desired outcome but made unnecessarily cumbersome and frustrating by an ineffectual ‘other side’ team who seemed to enjoy the baiting and dragging matters out for extended periods of time.
Often though CP Law could have been more effective by spontaneous responses and finding a style of communication that asserted more authority, tenacity, even intolerance on occasion .perhaps this is the way in the legal profession but i was sometimes disappointed that I had to chase for news and actions that could be deployed to get a more timely result.
