Revising a Will
Because of a change in family circumstances, I wished to revise my will. A very helpful conversation with Rebecca Lauder clairified both my ideas about the changes proposed and about the best way of incorporating them in new will. A few days later a revised will arrived, and careful reading established that all my proposed changes were there and it reflected accurately both my present situation and my wishes in respet of the new elements to be included. Throughout the process Rebecca put me at ease, explained any issues that might not have been immediately clear and helped me through what can be a difficult situation to consider and to get through. Her professoinal knowledge and easy manner were a truly winning combination.

Updating our wills and setting up Legal Power of Attorney
Whilst setting up the wills was a fairly straightforward the process. Legal Power of Attnorney was much more time consuming and difficult for us. Rebecca was exctremely helpful throughout explaining everything and dealing withs us in a friendly and often amuzing manner. It was all much more difficult than we antiipated and couldn't have found our way through it all without the patience of the solicitor.

Power of Attorney
Have been with this firm for many years and always found them to be very approachable, knowlegeable, considerate and patient. These things are more imortant as I get older.
