From the outset Lanyon Bowdler LLP were friendly, approachable, easy to deal with and clear on their pricing. The process of the house sale was straight forward. All the documentation received was correct first time. You may say “and so it should be” but believe me not all solicitors are as good as Lanyon Bowdler LLP, thank you.

Remortgage plus Help to buy Redemption
Thank you Saffia for a very easy and quick service. I was expecting a big headache with adding HTB to my mortgage but thanks to you it was a breeze. I couldn’t have asked for much more. Excellent work, I definitely recommend this solicitor for any residential property matters.

Professional and Friendly
Although the sale of our house became quite difficult for reasons outside of our control, Saffia dealt with it all with a very professional attitude. She was approachable and ready to answer questions, helping me to understand what was happening. I felt supported throughout.

Brilliant Service
