First class service
Bennett-Griffin LLP handled the lease extension for our flat and the conveyancing for the subsequent sale. It became a protracted and complex process due to the unreasonable behaviour of the leaseholder which required careful and diplomatic handling.
Both Dean Skinner and Michael Cullen put a lot of time and effort into ensuring the matter was brought to a successful conclusion. They were highly professional whilst also being friendly and approachable and easy to work with. They kept us informed and offered advice where appropriate.
