I am extremely happy with the service provided. I was kept up to date throughout the whole process from Day 1. It took a year from the time of my accident to a settlement, but to those of us who haven't had this kind of experience, these things take time so please keep that in mind.
It's not the fault of Watermans. Bear in mind the 3rd parties involved are in no rush to satisfy an outcome and can drag their heels. But in the end I was happy with my settlement.
