I have many years experience of this and am pleased to say I have had a positive impact on hundreds of lives, by assisting distressed and often vulnerable people. I particularly enjoy getting to the bottom of complicated medical issues, which are challenging and confusing to navigate. Outside of work I have a variety of passions: I play rugby for Worcester Rugby Club, hockey for Hereford Ladies, and have sung in Notre Dame, Westminster, and Kiev cathedrals. I also support CP Cymru, Megan Baker House, Footsteps, and Hereford Headway charities.

I was very pleased that the Medical Action Group agreed to take on my no-win no fee claim back in 2021 as I know how difficult these cases can be to prove negligence despite me being very sure I had a good strong case. All the timescales and likely costs were set-out clearly from the outset. After an initial meeting to discuss my case I was kept fully informed throughout and had several conversations and input with regard to gathering expert witness reports to support my case. Finally, earlier this yea,r I was delighted that the other party admitted liability. Following on from this a proposal to settle was put forward and the case brought to a swift conclusion.
