Complicated discrimination / constructive dismissal case
James advised me on rather complicated employment issue I had with my employer. He was kind, friendly, honest and professional at all times and showed his experience and expertise in this area consistently throughout our engagement. Due to the case being fairly complex, I felt that a fair amount of critical thinking and synthesis was involved on James' behalf, which clearly came naturally to him and I felt confident in his advice throughout. This confidence then allowed me to make the decisions I needed to in order to reach a resolution with my employer. An absolute pro in his field, could not recommend more highly! Thanks James!

Employment contract help
James was incredibly helpful in drawing up an employment contract. He is very knowledgeable and made me think about things to include in the contact depending on what I wanted out of the contract. He was very prompt with replies to email etc, punctual with meetings and easily contactable. I would recommend him and will definitely contract him should I need help in the future with employment law.

Excellent advice delivered with empathy
