In 2013 Charlotte graduated from Kingston University where she studied LLB Law with Criminology and has in recent years completed her CILEX Level 6 Diploma in Legal Practice. Charlotte begun her working life at a London law firm where she specialised in affordable housing schemes and new build transactions. However, her knowledge is not limited to just these types of transactions and she is able to assist clients with freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, auction transactions, transfer of equity, lease extensions and re-mortgages. Charlotte prides herself of her ‘jargon free’ way of working which is particularly comforting to first time buyers.

I am a returning client which should tell you all you need to know.
The only problem, which was addressed, was that you asked me to complete a contact details form and then you ignored it and used the contact details you already held, these were out of date and this could have led to a data breach.

From the initial call to the Romford office Mullis & Peake didn't take their foot off of the accelerator, once it was established that Charlotte would be handling the sale of my property it was straight to work. I was very impressed with the speed of communication via email or phone call from Charlotte, the relevant forms were sent to me, completed and return all by email. Charlotte was great, kept me updated regarding the buyers Solicitor progress until the completion date. I used Mullis & Peake to purchase the property and used their services again 18 years later to sell it. Thank you for a very smooth and painless transaction.
