Jean Compton

Practice Manager

Jean assisted with the formation of Comptons Solicitors LLP in 1987 and has been involved in the continuing development of the firm since. Jean is responsible for the day-to-day practice management and administration of the firm on all levels including Compliance, Human Resources and the firm’s well-being. Her duties include the training of all staff ensuring that the Practice’s policies and procedures continue to achieve Lexcel and Conveyancing Quality Scheme Accreditations and to ensure that the Practice continues to maintain its excellent client care reputation. Jean is also one of the Practice’s Mental Health First Aiders.
