Samantha managed to deal with a complex reassignment case and complete my purchase with only a few days deadline dealing with one of the pickiest lenders there is. Great experience

House purchase
We used Gordons Partnership for a house purchase and would recommend them unreservedly. The purchase process turned into a bit of a saga, and nearly fell through. Samantha C. supported us throughout the process. We were grateful for her easy availability, responsiveness and good advice. It would have been a much more challenging process without her. If we decide to move again, she'll be the first person we contact.

Samantha has been excellent
We couldn't have asked for more from Samantha during our recent residential property sale & purchase transaction. During an abortive first sale she offered clear & calm advice during an extremely frustrating period. The second sale required an exchange deadline to meet one on our purchase. She was proactive in meeting this deadline. Always calm & with a lovely, genuine personality she answers emails & phone calls promptly. When making the largest financial purchase in one's life it was so reassuring to have her experience & commitment behind us. We cannot thank her enough & have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone about to embark on a property transaction.

Highly professional, diligent and personable firm
I have worked with Gordons for a few years across a number of different matters - creating and managing my will, guiding me through my divorce proceedings, and conveyancing for my house sale and purchase, and I honestly wouldn't want to work with anyone else. Each matter was handled efficiently, thoughtfully and with enormous tact and kindness. In particular, I should mention Stephanie Greenhalgh (who I'm not sure is currently practicing), Claire Binyon and the wonderful Samantha Chubb whose patient and knowledgeable approach to my property requirements prompted this review - but I can also say that every single person I've come across at Gordons has been wonderful to deal with and absolutely at the top of their game.

We bought our first property while 8 months pregnant and running against the clock (we wanted to move before baby arrived and the SD holiday finished). They kept us informed of the progress at all times and we felt looked after through one of the most stressful process you can probably go through in your life.
