Team Talisa are great!

Very responsive
Had a really pleasant first experience with Sills&Betteridge. Always a quick response to any queries - may of needing prompting every now and then but nothing major and once had what they needed, everything happened really fast. Positive experience all in all.

Great Experience - Conveyance
We asked Sills & Betteridge to convey the purchase of a new house for us. Our solicitor, Talisa Hammond, has done a fantastic job on this. She, and her assistant Rachael Alexander, both were very quick to act and to reply to emails, provided crystal clear instructions and have supported us a great deal in navigating legal jargon and all the formalities that come with the purchase of a new property. The entire process went very smoothly and was organized in a very professional manner. It was a great pleasure to work with Sills & Betteridge and the applied legal fees were absolutely fair. We would come back any time.

Very happy with the service received
Talisa and Rachael have represented me during a recent house sale. This is the second time that I used their services in relation to house sale and purchase. They are very professional and competent. Amazing service from start to finish
We were over the moon with S and B for our purchase and sale of two houses. The communication was clear and we were kept in the loop at every step of the way and the main thing is how quickly Talissa and Rachael got back to us. This is so important during sales and purchases.
