Efficient & Excellent Service for Lasting Powers of Attorney

We have received outstanding support from Nelissa Hicks and her team at Rothera Bray in Arnold.
She clarified all the steps required in processing the lasting Powers of Attorney and progressed our application to the Office of the Public Guardian with no hiccoughs (that I understand can be a major hurdle). Nelissa Hicks dealt with our probate application for my mother’s estate. She was diligent, efficient and infinitely trustworthy. I appreciated her candour but she was also empathetic. I can’t recommend them enough.

I have used Rotheras recently for Wills /Probate and for conveyancing. On every occasion I have found all their Staff to be professional and efficient yet friendly and explaining, in layman's terms, every stage of the processes. Nelissa Hicks showed such patience and compassion dealing with my 90 year old neighbours son's estate following his death. She went out of her way to complete LPA and probate quickly and efficiently.
