Emily is a solicitor in the medical negligence department. Emily assists other solicitors in the team with complex high value claims in addition to working with her own clients. Emily understands how upsetting and traumatic it can be for patients who have suffered injuries as a result of medical negligence treatment. She appreciates that it is often a difficult and highly sensitive time for clients, and the process of bringing a claim can be overwhelming. Emily takes a pragmatic yet empathetic approach. She always strives to support her clients when progressing their claim through the investigative stages to settlement and is committed to understanding her client’s needs as well as the impact of their injuries. Having completed her training in August 2024, Emily is a newly qualified solicitor. During her training, she refined strong communication, research, client care and analytical skills.
