I instructed Leon Kaye for the purchase of my property and the subsequent sale 7 years later (2024). In both matters they assisted in navigating through the process very efficiently, even when presented with less than reasonable requests of the other parties solicitors. What I will highlight is care they gave not only to the legal aspects, but also the stress it can cause to a buyer/seller. All round top rate service, would highly recommend.

Sehar was fantastic in dealing with the sale of our flat!
Sehar and Eleni did a great job. Sehar took over our file at a later stage but moved quickly to get everything up to speed. I would highly recommend Sehar and Eleni (her trainee). I would definitely use Sehar again, she was a pleasure to deal with and kept me informed at all times.

Excellent Service
We exchanged and completed yesterday on our property and although it was a long process Leon Solicitors always were quick to respond with our worries and concerns nothing was too much trouble.

So happy we went with Leon Kaye
We used Leon Kaye for our house purchase and were very pleased with the service we received.
Our solicitor was Sehar Ayyub and she was wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble and we did ask a lot of questions. She was attentive and guided us through the entire process, reassuring us every time. She was diligent and extremely attentive to our specific needs. I would definitely recommend this company and will be bragging about our experience to family and friends. Special thanks to Saher Ayyub for making this experience pain free.
