I have over 16 years of experience in commercial real estate, financial services, pensions and I regularly advise owners and investors, providing commercial solutions to often complex matters. I have recently joined Red Kite Law as a Partner based in the Cirencester office to support their Commercial Property and Commercial Services teams. After many years spent in-house and running a law firm myself, I have first-hand experience of the pressures and demands of fast paced commercial environments. I am passionate about delivering value-added and innovative solutions leveraging my extensive experience and understandings across different markets. Previously, as General Counsel and Company Secretary at Curtis Banks Group, a leading provider of self-invested pension products and services in the UK I provided sound and professional legal advice to the company board and senior management on a range of legal matters, such as acquisitions, commercial contracts, SAAS, compliance, governance and risk management alongside matters pertaining to the market specific nature of the business including pensions, trusts, employment and regulatory obligations. I also oversaw the legal services and compliance for Rivergate Legal, a venture that I started with the aim of offering expert and tailored advice to clients seeking to invest in commercial property within their pension portfolios. For this holding the roles of MLRO, DPO and Legal Compliance Officer. I collaborate with departmental heads and key stakeholders across the Curtis Banks group to ensure legal compliance and quality across the business. I am passionate about delivering value-added and innovative solutions leveraging my extensive experience and understandings across different markets.
