Eloise is a member of our Dispute Resolution team but also works closely with our Property Finance and Commercial Property teams in respect of contentious property finance and property-related debt recovery and insolvency matters. Eloise is also well-versed in advising banks, mortgage providers, Law of Property Act and fixed charge receivers, Licenced Insolvency Practitioners and private lenders on enforcing their security, recovering possession of property and/or other assets, and collecting debts (with particular experience of drafting receivership appointment documents, reporting to receivers regarding the validity of their appointment, drafting and issuing proceedings for possession of residential and commercial property, and advising on the appropriate action to enforce judgments or other money awards).
