Experienced HR Consultancy
Gabriela has worked with us for 12 months now, providing sensible, experienced and well-placed support in a timely manner. She has ably supported us in dealing with small day to day issues and has led on some larger and more complex matters. Gabriela's manner is professional, she is knowledgeable and skilled. Her breadth of experience in corporate HR has provide us (a school) with a strategically effective and heightened level of support which we hadn't previously experienced.
During this time Gabriela has also displayed effective coaching skills, bring on a member of the department from assistant to effective lead. Under Gabriela's tutelage this staff member has been supported and guided to great effect, in a way which demonstrated generosity of knowledge and skill. Again, this level of support has been difficult to access, in our experience.
I can high recommend Gabriela's support and believe she can offer a more than effective contribution to any organisation.

Mediation
We recently asked Gabriela to act as a mediator for us. Our timescales to set up the meetings were extremley tight, however Gabriela prioritised our case to ensure that these timescales were achieved. Her understanding in this matter and skills as a mediator resulted in a successful meeting taking place.
We have since had follow up communication from Gabriela on the matter, which is appreciated when dealing with a complex case.
