This was the second time Adam Wilson has acted for me. This shows in itself how much Adam’s service is valued. He is always professional but is also charismatic, approachable and goes above and beyond at every opportunity.
I truly believe if Adam wasn’t acting for me, I would have lost my sale and purchase.

Residential House Purchase
My partner and I recently purchased a house using Gordon's and Adam Wilson as our solicitor. The process itself was relatively smooth but made even smoother by Adam and those at Gordon's working diligently and calmly to progress where they could and ensure the purchase well in time for the 31st March deadline for Stamp Duty! I couldn't recommend Gordon's and Adam more, and we will absolutely use them again whenever the requirement arises.

House Sale
In what was a very emotive house sale, my Mum's house, Adam Wilson was exemplary in dealing with it. He was thorough, empathetic and patient. I would thoroughly recommend his services to anyone and will be doing so in the future.

Great Service Despite Difficult Situation
In what should have been a cut and dry house purchase with major issues and no chain on either end, we had a very difficult time trying to get the sellers' lawyer to cooperate and communicate. Adam dealt with this (rather unusual) situation very well, and the rest of the experience was otherwise smooth and comprehendible. Gordons' IT systems were also very easy to use and navigate. Worth the cost, would definitely recommend and use again for future property soliciting.

Refinanced our home at short notice
I needed to get a refinance completed before the end of the year and didn't want to use my previous solicitors as they dragged their feet. I won't be going anywhere else moving forward for my business deals as my experience using Gordons has been brilliant.

Purchase of a tricky property

Sale of our residential property
We had a tricky and protracted house sale but Adam Wilson in the Conveyancing Team acted for us in a completely professional manner. He was cool and calm when we were stressed, provided clear and expert advice when we were unsure of what decision to make and above all it was delivered in a very personable way. So we have already 'booked' him in for our house purchase once we have ended our rental period.

House purchase and sale
We used Gordon's to sell one house and to buy the next for us. At all times throughout the sale and purchase we knew what was going on, what we were waiting for and what we needed to do. Mr Wilson took time to answer all our questions and to explain processes in full which took away a lot of our worries. We would certainly use them again and recommend them to our friends.

Amazing Service, couldn't recommend highly enough.
We've just completed on our flat, and couldn't be happier with the service from Gordons. Adam, Samantha and the whole team were amazing to deal with from start to finish. Our process was not a smooth one, but we always felt in safe hands and Adam and Gordons navigated it fantastically. We will without a doubt use Gordons for any future property purchases! 10/10 would recommend.
