We had a tricky and protracted house sale but Adam Wilson in the Conveyancing Team acted for us in a completely professional manner. He was cool and calm when we were stressed, provided clear and expert advice when we were unsure of what decision to make and above all it was delivered in a very personable way. So we have already 'booked' him in for our house purchase once we have ended our rental period.

Exceptional support
Couldn't recommend Gordon's Partnership more - Adam Wilson was fantastic - he guided us through our first ever house sale and he made it such a smooth and enjoyable process. House purchase and sale
We used Gordon's to sell one house and to buy the next for us. At all times throughout the sale and purchase we knew what was going on, what we were waiting for and what we needed to do. Mr Wilson took time to answer all our questions and to explain processes in full which took away a lot of our worries. We would certainly use them again and recommend them to our friends.

Amazing Service, couldn't recommend highly enough.
We've just completed on our flat, and couldn't be happier with the service from Gordons. Adam, Samantha and the whole team were amazing to deal with from start to finish. Our process was not a smooth one, but we always felt in safe hands and Adam and Gordons navigated it fantastically. We will without a doubt use Gordons for any future property purchases! 10/10 would recommend.

Adam Wilson is a kind and genuine expert
Me and my girlfriend were first time buyers and were recommended Adam by my cousin. Adam did everything and more for me and my girlfriend, with what was a very new process for us. Even wayyy before we paid any money or made any commitment Adam gave us a lot of his time to explain, advise and discuss. He was always available for our questions and always answered them thoroughly. He went through the process very quickly (not rushing, just efficient!) and because of hit proactive work ethic, we actually managed to move in 3 weeks quicker then the already speedy 7 week turn around. I can’t recommend Adam enough, he is a lovely, genuine person in an industry which has a bad rep. I’m 110% going to use Adam in the future. Thank you Adam!

Excellent Service - Recommended
Adam helped us through a quite complex conveyance and was efficient, pragmatic and friendly throughout. He was very proactive and kept us well informed at every step. It was also a pleasure to use a solicitor who was happy to talk on the phone and meet us face to face in the office. Would highly recommend.

Very professional and knowledgeable!
Adam Wilson and the team at Gordons helped me secure all necessary documents ahead of completion of a new property. He was exceptionally knowledgeable and quickly returned all queries made to him. PURCHASE OF COMMERCIAL PROPERTY - CONVEYANCING
Adam's work was excetional and stirling. I have utmost respect and admiration for Gordons execution and conduct. From the first call they quickly understood the legal requirements which were complex as it was a double re-mortgage. They showed great knowledge and experience in processing the sale and used it to overcome all queries and shortfalls. Also kept in communication as needed with myself and all necessary parties. The whole process felt really easy and refreshing, as they covered every angle and aspect of the conveyancing -

Excellent service
Adam Wilson was our solicitor who we used for three transactions (sale of car park spot, sale of flat and purchase of house).
The service received was excellent. Adam was always responsive and available on the phone for discussing the transactions.
We definitely would recommend Adam (and Gordons by extension) in the future.

Adam was brilliant - Would highly recommend.
We were buying and selling at the same time and Adam was the one contact throughout we could rely on for an honest, expert service (and often some much needed humour). He was always available to speak with on the phone or via email, would explain everything clearly so we could understand, and would act promptly when required and in the our best interests. We couldn't recommend Adam highly enough - he was excellent.
