My first impression, on meeting, Joshua, was of a confident, experienced, self assured man. I was delighted at his good manners, his friendliness and particularly how quickly he grabbed the case which had already been going on for 2 years. He rapidly applied his knowledge, and experience, to bring the dispute to a satisfactory conclusion.
He was very considerate to me, a disabled, partially sighted, deaf 87 year old lady. I have nothing but praise for Joshua.
