Excellent service
My boyfriend and I are first time buyers and we didn’t know much about the house buying process. Rachel was unbelievably helpful, very quick with her responses and just made us feel so at ease! She didn’t make us feel silly for asking questions and definitions. I really recommend Thomas Flavell & Sons and especially Rachel! Thank you so much, Rachel!

The best solicitors
Rachel is absolutely incredible always there when we needed her to answer any question big or small & very quickly! We started off with a different solicitor but after a lot of issues I decided to call TFS and spoke with Rachel, as soon as I spoke to her I knew I wanted to change solicitors and it was the best decision I made! Thank you so much for all of your help we will be forever grateful! I wouldn’t use anyone else!

Would definitely use again and recommend to others
Rachel was quick and efficient at communicating with us. Thomas Flavell had a great digital uploading system which made the whole process quick and easy. We were ready and waiting to exchange while our chain was still relying on old fashioned methods of communication. We really did appreciate how much easier the process for us was compared to the rest of the chain. Rachel was professional and helpful, answering my many questions. when she needed to refer us too others they were also professional, efficient and helpful. we would definitely use Thomas Flavell again and recommend them to others. A big thank you from us!

Highly recommended!
After having a complete nightmare with a previous solicitor i was sceptical about how the process would go buying a house again. Rachel went above and beyond everyday to ensure everything moved quickly and efficiently and made the whole process effortless! I can't thank Thomas Flavell enough for helping us sell and buy are new home!
I will always use Thomas Flavell in the future from now on!

Couldn't recommend more!
After buying a house last time and having a really bad experience with another solicitor, I was very nervous entering the house buying process. Rachel was brilliant from the get go, answering my questions promptly and explaining things in a way I could easily understand. Despite some challenges with my buyers, Rachel was fantastic with replying to enquiries quickly and handling difficult stakeholders. The level of communication was top notch and Rachel really helped to reduce my stress levels when things got tricky. I couldn't recommend Rachel more, she's fab!

Fantastic service throughout
We couldn’t recommend Thomas Flavell and Sons more highly. Their service throughout has been fantastic. Efficient, personable and always available when we needed them on the phone or by email. Rachel and Jamie gave us the service that we needed making a stressful time as stress free as they possibly could for us.
