Bethany advises public and private sector clients on a wide range of contractual matters relating to governance and compliance. Bethany has a particular interest in data protection and advises public and private sector organisations on a variety of data protection issues. Bethany also provides consultancy data protection support to organisations in relation to GDPR. She regularly delivers training both in-house and at external events as well as drafting policies, procedures and dealing with data protection breaches. She also provides freedom of information advice to public sector organisations.
