Speedy smart friendly

Needing an urgent review and certificate for a severance offer from my employer they were wonderfully responsive with a same day meeting. They spotted an error and got it amended and compensated dealing directly with my university. All very impressive. Good mix of efficient online processes back up by phone and email with a personal touch. I’d happily recommend them from my own experience.

Settlement agreement

Going through the redundancy process is never easy and pleasant. Once of the huge parts of it is to sign the Settlement agreement. KBS from my first enquiry has made this process as smooth as possible, they were all the time in touch, I could ask any question. A really good experience. Approaching the team for a very last-minute review and certificate for severance they saw me right away but also spotted an error in my employers accounting. They managed this and got me the correction in record time. Friendly and direct communication with efficient online forms but completely backed with personal interaction and phone calls. I’d totally recommend them from my own experience.
