It's impossible to give this firm anything less than four stars on all counts. It's easy to pay for 'professional services' but what can't be bought is genuine care...and Adam took the greatest care to understand my business and also the fact that I was out of my depth and needed his advice and support. I would recommend Adlex to anyone.

Domain Name Dispute
I wasn't actually aware of a domain name lawyer, until I received a summons from WIPO via a Complainant over my domain names. I initially contacted my regular lawyers for Intellectual Property, and after searching specifically for a domain name lawyer on Google, I discovered Adlex.
From start to finish, Adam was very thorough in his brief and I felt reassured from the beginning, as he covered every conceivable way to show that I legitimately acquired my domain names in good faith, which was well presented with dates, website and trade marks.
Whilst I was being accused of being a cyber squatter by the Complainant, it didn't take long for the panel to realise that the Complainant was actually falsifying the statements in order to incriminate me.
The case was dismissed and the Complainant was clearly identified as a "RDNH."

Excellent T&Cs Writing
We got Adam to write us Terms and Conditions for our new tutoring platform. There were very complex aspects of bookings, cancellations and payments. Adam understood everything we explained and was able to translate them into T&Cs with ease. We had an initial meeting where we explained what we did and how we wanted everything to work, he gave us advice on what we needed to be transparent about through our website, booking process and emails. We had another meeting to clarify a few nuanced things before he sent us a full first draft which we went through and gave feedback on. He sent us a finished drafts shortly after. The T&Cs are superb and Adam was a pleasure to deal with throughout. Would highly recommend.
