Recently my sister and I sold our mother's house using Gamlins Law Rhyl as conveyancing solicitors. Selling a house is stressful enough, but selling on behalf of someone else when you live a long way away is fairly daunting. An excellent service.
I am pleased to share that my experience with Gamlins was at all times excellent. I was kept informed, always had the option to talk to someone if I needed information or clarification and every staff member I communicated with was friendly, professional and helpful. It certainly helped to make what could be a stressful time much more manageable.

Patchy communication
Too many instances of emails not being acknowledged, most recently I contacted Gamlins regarding a problem that had not been disclosed by vendor regarding dispute with neighbour. My first email was acknowledged, but my response was to Gamlins was not. I had to sort it out myself. I also contacted Gamlins on another matter recently, first 3 attempts received no response. Then a promised call back did not happen. I complained but there was a clear lack of interest. I wouldn’t risk using Gamlins again

Professional Service in purchase of land
