Nicholl completed her LLB Law (Hons) degree at Newcastle University in 2020. Nicholl started working in the legal sector in 2017 and commenced specialising her work in the in the Family Law Sector in 2019. Whilst at Newcastle University, in 2019, she was awarded “Pro Bono/Community Initiative of the Year” at the Northern Law Awards; which is an award that is recognised regionally and demonstrates an excellent delivery of pro bono legal advice and community initiative in the North of England. Nicholl completed the Legal Practice Course at Sunderland University and secured an LLM (Masters of Law) in 2021. She was offered a training contract in September 2021 and qualified as a solicitor in June 2023. Nicholl joined Cygnet Law in June 2023 and works in our Public Law Department and has a range of knowledge in Public Law Family proceedings and now represents parents, grandparents, and Local Authorities in ongoing Care Proceedings.
