Not hassled once, very understanding and patient and always kept me in the loop. I wasn't going to bother with a claim but by God am I glad I did, Raphaelle at Girlings Canterbury was my solicitor and she was awesome and took care of matters allowing me to try and recover physically and mentally 5 gold stars. Great service throughout a long claims process
Following an accident where I was taken off of my bicycle and sustained a broken clavicle, the team at Girlings were fantastic throughout the 2 and a half years of the claims process. The service, was highly professional and thorough throughout and I would have no concern recommending them to friends and family.

I had a wonderful experience with Girlings
Following an accident I had in 2020
I decided to ask for help from Girlings
It started with miss Raphelle Davis who put all the info needed together in a very professional manner in order for me to set out a claim , then
mr Brian Cowell who fought my case who was very good at noing what to do head strong when he needed to be and was very understanding and compassionate when I was falling to pieces because off my injuries emotional state and my condition , at times i was an emotional reck
And he was very upstanding
And to miss Emma Manley who guided me through setting up my trust and to everyone else inbeween that answered the phone when I needed them I will be forever gratefully
And wish them all well

Injury claim
From the moment I first contacted Raphaelle until the conclusion of my claim a year later, I always felt I was in safe hands. I was genuinely impressed by how professional and conscientious she was, always taking the time to explain things clearly and thoroughly, and I really appreciated her meticulous approach. Injury claims and the circumstances leading to them can be very stressful and emotional, and Raphaelle always treated me and my claim with utmost consideration and respect, I genuinely felt comforted by having her in my corner. It truly was refreshing to find someone so dedicated to giving a first class service.

Claim for shoulder injury
Ms Davies was very professional in handling my claim, displaying a wealth of knowledge on how to bring it to a satisfactory conclusion. I would not hesitate in requesting her services should an occasion arise in the future.

Great firm to work with
I moved to Girlings from another firm as the previous firm had sat on my claim for over 12 months and done absolutely nothing. From the moment I moved to Girlings I knew I had made the right choice. Raphaelle charged into action and got more work completed in a month that had been done in 12 months. From then on I knew I was in a safe pair of hands.
I highly recommend Girlings as an excellent legal firm to work with.

Injury claim
From start to finish, I was treated with the utmost courtesy and respect, developing a good relationship with Raphaelle and her team. As professional as they get
I have had personal injury solicitors before but nothing compared to my recent experience with Girlings (solicitors) as they were absolutely brilliant.
Raphaelle Davis was so good at what she done for me when it came to getting answers and most of all results, I was ready to give up many a time but this lady kept digging and knocking on the door until she got the right answers and then the results.
I would recommend this company to anyone requiring personal injuries claims.
