WH solicitors worked on my uk visa in 2022 and i got approved, now 2023 they have worked on my husband's visa and it was also approved , mr hassan is a very great man with good experience , he can make imposible posible with immigration.

From Complex History to Successful Outcome – Thank You WH Solicitors
Submitted a Skilled Worker visa extension application to the Home Office for myself and my dependents. The application, supported by a Certificate of Sponsorship, was for three years, and all relevant fees were paid accordingly. However, the Home Office mistakenly granted only a one-year visa, which caused significant stress for me and my family.
Sir Waleed Hassan of WH Solicitors has been representing me throughout my immigration journey. He not only handled this Skilled Worker extension but also successfully managed my initial entry clearance application back in 2023—despite the serious complications in my immigration history, including a prior removal from the UK in 2015 when I was a student. His expert preparation and representation helped me re-enter the UK and now secure this vital 3-year extension, which puts me and my family on the path to ILR and British citizenship.
When the Home Office made an administrative error/mistake in year (2026 instead of 2028) on our eVisas, granting only one year instead of three, Sir Waleed Hassan acted immediately. He communicated with the Home Office and their technical teams, and the error was corrected swiftly thanks to his persistence and professionalism. The updated visa now correctly reflects the expiry date of June 2028.
The service I received from WH Solicitors was outstanding—professional, supportive, and incredibly efficient. I was kept informed throughout and given clear, honest advice at every step.

My wife and I can finally be together
After getting rejected twice, I finally approached Waleed to take over the application process for a spouse visa for my wife. He came across as very confident and knowledgeable. Throughout the process, there were regular catch ups and ensuring of proper documentation to be present. The firm also wrote a letter to cover anything bespoke to my wife's case which had every concern of my mine covered in proper legal context. I am so happy to say that my wife finally has her spouse visa approved and after being married for for 7/8 months, she can finally move to UK and live with me. Changing form ancestor visa to skilled workers visa
I came to the United Kingdom as a dependent on an ancestral visa via my husband. Three years into our 5 year visa, he decided to divorce me in an attempt to get me deported and kicked out of The UK. Waleed helped me find an alternative legal solution to stay in the UK. After exploring several options he advised that the best route would be a skilled workers visa as I meet all the requirements. Waleed was very knowledgeable and matter of fact straightforward to the point and never wasted my time or money. His professional conduct is second to none and he made helped make a very stressful process less so.

Visa denied got successful
My children's visa application was initially refused by the Home Office. However, a lawyer successfully appealed the decision before both the tribunal and the Home Office, resulting in the visa being granted. The appeal process involved challenging the initial refusal and submitting a legal arguments to demonstrate the children eligibility.
It was not easy on us especially i, being their mother. Emotionally, and financially, I was drained but, it ended in praise 👏 🙌. Thanks to WH solicitors.
