Great service

Excellent communication and outcome
I instructed Elizabeth after a google search of dog attack claims for children and instructed her to act on my daughters behalf a few years ago. Having worked in personal injury myself I had a realistic idea of how long the process would take before reaching a settlement, with the added delay of the claim being for a minor and having to be approved by the Courts. Elizabeth kept me up to date throughout, pushed for a higher settlement for my daughter and ultimately achieved a higher settlement for her than I had initially thought achievable - and got it!
She was friendly, professional and pro active throughout and I would highly recommend her services. Thank you so much for your commitment and for achieving the outcome that you achieved!

Very professional and helpful.
Elizabeth and a few of the other people I dealt with during my claim were brilliant, professional and always really helpful when it came to the issues surrounding my claim. I wasn’t clued up with much of the legal terms and wasn’t sure about a lot going into it, but everyone was always really helpful answering my many questions and reassuring me/ explaining when I wasn’t sure of the legal terms. Very happy with the service

Terrible company
Crippled for life and left with severe mental health issues after an RTA (not my fault).
They got me I miniscule payout and didn't even secure a prosecution against the driver.
Avoid at all costs!!

Solicitors can only recover compensation for injuries that are supported by medical evidence. In your case the independent medical experts could not confirm that the medical issues you complained of were the result of the accident. That is frustrating, but it does not reflect any lack of effort on our part, as every possible step was taken by us to obtain the supportive evidence your case required. Even so, we were still able to secure compensation of £27,000. Furthermore, the settlement was concluded on the recommendation of your specialist barrister, who is also independent. As civil law solicitors we have absolutely no control over decisions about criminal prosecutions of a driver. That is an issue for you raise with the investigating police force.

Excellent service

Accident Claim

Persistent and insightful
Elizabeth has been an absolute diamond. She pushed and pushed… and pushed for my claim! She explained everything she possibly could for me and reassured me with my every worry. I had a couple misunderstandings and she was ever so kind and understanding and explained those couple things more clearer for me. If for any reason I needed to make another claim or had someone come up to me and ask for a good solicitor I would definitely mention Elizabeth at Slee Blackwell! Incredible solicitor extremely professional but also personable
I have felt very fortunate to have had Elizabeth as the solicitor at the head of my claim, she has been incredibly professional and thorough throughout, whilst simultaneously being very supportive, empathetic, and ensuring I was completely informed at all times.
During my recovery from my accident at work and other life events I have struggled at times with communication and memory amongst other things, of which Elizabeth has gone above and beyond to make sure that processes have been of little stress to me as possible and has been incredibly patient and supportive throughout, again hugely empathetic and also ensured processes with the claim ran smoothly.
She has updated me regularly throughout and quickly responded to emails and enquiries.
She has a wonderful manner and is professional and polite, but importantly is also easy to get on with and talk to. I have felt very reassured by her and ‘looked after’ as such throughout the entire process.
She ensured the case was solid and strong and all aspects covered throughout, resulting in a positive outcome with an out of court settlement offer.
She has gone above and beyond in my opinion and I’ve felt truly supported by her throughout the process. The result not only was positive in terms of compensation payment but it has helped restore my confidence and made me feel heard and listened to. I can continue recovery now which would not have been accessible in terms of therapy etc without her and her teams hard work.

Excellent service for my claim
Elizabeth was the only solicitor I found that would take my case on although we never met in person Elizabeth kept me well informed on a regular basis excellence service and would highly recommend thank you.
