A completely caring professional approach
I was recommended this company by a charitable group, to potentially assist with my negligence claim. I first spoke with Julie, face to face and I had a very good idea about how and where they could assist within half an hour of speaking with her. Having very little knowledge of the law regarding negligence, I felt very comfortable in making my decision to go with Boyce Turner as I felt very informed from the start. I was assigned Vanessa as my solicitor. I couldn't have asked for a more understanding, caring and professional person. Vanessa has a great approach, is very patient and understanding.
Vanessa helped me get the most out of my statements, assisted with walking thru everything step by step with me. I never felt I misunderstood or didn't understand what was being said or done, as everything was always explained to me. Nothing felt rushed, I never felt like I was forced or persuaded and everything revolved around myself and my wellbeing. Vanessa's also has a lovely email style, although this is her job, I still felt the emails were personalised to me, rather than blanket copy paste sections of text, they showed genuine concern and empathy.
The specialists that Boyce Turner work with are very respected individuals. They are leading experts in their field and through conference calls, I saw how well they gelled with Vanessa to help build my case.

Medical Negligence
I approached Boyes Turner after my claim was turned down by one of the Medical Negligence Claim company. My wife was a victim of a medical negligence. Boyes Turner have acted so efficiently on our behalf and was able to win our case. Anytime we contact them, their customer service was very good as they kept us fully informed of every level our case has developed. They are very friendly and approachable and great in their professional advise. I would strongly recommend anyone approach them for their legal and medical negligence services.

Professional and sympathetic throughout
Vanessa Wand handled the research and case preparation and advised me generally on my medical negligence claim over a period of some two years. Her advice was detailed and accurate and was dealt with in an extremely professional and sympathetic manner keeping me fully informed and up-to-date with progress throughout. Although I ultimately abandoned my claim as it was not fully supported by the experts to whom the matter was referred to for opinion, this in no way detracted from the professional way in which the case was prepared.
