Alistair graduated from the City of Glasgow College in 2020 achieving the Diploma of Higher Education in Business whilst also being awarded The Principal’s Prize for Outstanding Academic Achievement. During his time there, his passion for enterprise flourished, allowing him to win The John Mather Trust Enterprise Competition in 2019. Alistair was also awarded Enterprising Student of the Year by Bridge2Business in conjunction with the Enterprise Educator Awards in 2020. After graduating, Alistair entered the world of business where, alongside four other directors, he formed and grew an estate agency company from scratch to over 40 agents in 2022. However, an opportunity to join Watermans arose, and Alistair joined as a Director of Property Sales in May 2022. “I love being the total opposite to your typical estate agent. Estate agency has garnered such a poor reputation over the years, so it is brilliant seeing clients’ reactions when you provide a professional, first-class service. Working evenings, working weekends, responding promptly, genuinely caring about the people involved in the transaction – it is all about making the process as stress free and simple as possible.”

Darren and Alister Lee
Darren and Alister have been great professional property partners, who have guided me through the sale of over 50% of my portfolio.
Recently, they turned around a property that was not getting much interest. They prepared a complete marketing strategy, property sold in 2/3 weeks achieving over the Home Report value.

Watermans Exceptional Service - Estate Agency
From the moment we engaged Darren and Ali, it was clear that our satisfaction was their top priority. Their professionalism and expertise in their market place was truly impressive and they took time to ensure we understood the added value in using their services. What stood out the most was the proactive nature of the service, at anytime going the extra mile. I would wholeheartedly recommend them having utilised their services on two separate occasions.

Purchase of St Brides, Lochranza
Darren Lee handled our purchase of the property St Brides. He is extremely hard working, he promptly replied to all our emails, he was friendly, understanding and efficient. The only boxes I haven't ticked below is because they weren't applicable to our situation.
Overall, we were very impressed with our dealing with Darren ( and Alistair at the beginning, when he introduced us to the house )
