Great Property Sale Support
My first use of Steven Rimmer for a house sale handled by Jessica Russell.
What a "breath of fresh air" this young lady is, very supportive, patient and understanding with this octogenarian.
Has sort solutions to difficult issues surrounding joint property ownership when a spouse is in care, setting out clearly and sensitively the options available . Having completed my sale I look forward to her dealing with my new property purchase and feel I am in a " safe pair of hands", thank you all at Stephen Rimmer.

Office Purchase
Jessica was exemplary throughout the purchase of a new office, in a very tight timescale.
When we first contacted about getting a price, she went above and beyond any other solicitor we contacted by doing checks herself before giving us a price to enable a full understanding of the job.
After instructing, Jess kept us informed of all developments promptly, including a few complications (to which she even said she had never seen a problem like it before). Jess was always reachable at any time if we had any additional queries.
Throughout the process Jess had to chase the other party which she did efficiently, and put the other solicitor on the spot in the end to get a vital bit of information which wasn't being provided readily. For this we are hugely grateful.
She is a credit to Stephen Rimmer LLP, and we would happily use again in the future (1 job is already in the pipeline). We would also fully recommend her to any anyone

Jess goes above and beyond. Literally.
Jess was outstanding throughout the whole process while I was selling my apartment. There was very clear communication and contact at each stage. She made herself available to me when I called the office. This is very important to me. I’m paying for a service and expect a high level of quality customer experience.
I wasn’t disappointed. I had my share of problems and issues related to the sale. The chain broke. Paperwork was extremely slow coming back from the the other solicitors. Jess kept me informed totally. I honestly can’t recommend her more highly.
