Probate and Dispute
My initial dealings were with Natalie Payne who dealt with probate for my late partner, in a compassionate and friendly manner. The matter was then passed to Kellie Williams-Jauvel and Lachlan Woodrow who dealt with the issues and subsequent court case with clear advice and reassurance. I am now using the same company for the sale of my late partner's property

Very thorough follow-up
Very thorough and professional in their approach.
Explaining everything to me in terms I could easily understand and were always responsive when I had questions outside of our meetings. Plus incredibly proactive on their follow-up.

Defending a contested will made look simple

Personal but professional
I instructed Kellie and her team recently but I knew nothing about the area of law I was unexpected dealing with . I also had limited funds, which I was upfront about. The whole process was explained clearly. I had understanding, help and guidance as I’m not very versed with technology. The entire team were patient with me and made sure I was kept up to date with immediate progress as it happened, and provided me with information to help me move forward with the same speed. I was also kept up to date with my invoices so that i could budget accordingly. Kellie was approachable and easy to reach and dealt with me directly when I wanted which reassured me throughout. They were mindful of my funds and only acted where necessary when instructed by myself after having the implications of my actions explained to me. I could not recommend highly enough and if EVER needed I would use again at an instant! Thank you to everyone!
