I am sorry to say that I am bitterly disappointed with the level of service I have received from Mullis & Peake, I wouldn't ever use them again. The solicitor acting for me in my divorce has been slow to deal with issues, the service has been of an inconsistent level, unsatisfactory and at times completely pointless. I have had to send endless emails and chase her with phone calls on many occasions to get any answers. A complete overhaul of the Family Department is necessary to bring the standards up to a level that anyone would expect when instructing solicitors to act for them.

I used Roisin from Mullis & Peake to settle a financial agreement for a divorce settlement that I need doing very quickly.

Roisin McCorry has been handling my Divorce of which I am the respondent. As those who have gone through this know it is a very stressful time. Unfortunately my Divorce has been complicated even more by factors which quite frankly have been beyond our control. The pension actuary report was very slow in coming,
then we found the House which was to go up for sale had Heave therefore insurers were now involved. My wife and her solicitors seemed to be unrealistic in my opinion to the complications that this was bringing. Roisin dealt with all these problems in a straight forward and professional way that I can only say was first class. She always kept me informed promptly and when these problems seemed endless to me Roisin with her positive and no nonsense approach got things done.
Even now things are still not settled. Roisin and I attended court in December where a Financial Remedy was agreed, but to our disbelief my wife who is the Divorce applicant did not apply for Decree Absolute. When I contacted the office about this Roisin was away however another Lady, Jenny Waite took up this up and wrote to the court on my behalf to start the process of applying for Decree Absolute, there was no delay because Roisin was not available which again I found very professional.
In a nutshell I very glad that Roisin McCorry and Mullis and Peake are in my corner.
