I have over 25 years experience in personal injury claims. I understand the difficulties faced by people whose lives have been changed through no fault of their own and I fight hard for every client I act for. My vast experience of handling cases ranges from low value to complex high value matters. I specialise in personal injury damages cases from straightforward to highly complex matters. I regularly represent clients in road traffic accidents, industrial disease, work place and clinical negligence cases. I have a particular speciality in aviation accident cases having represented clients in 22 air crash matters. I am currently representing clients in the Malaysian Airlines MH17 incident and the Shetland helicopter ditching on 2013. I have ongoing cases representing Kenyan tea pickers for injuries sustained on tea plantations in Kenya.
